Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as expected.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by the original invoice and product tags
Any product that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.
