Return Window & Eligibility

• Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you received your item. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

 

Non-Returnable Items (Exemptions)

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Jewelry for Piercings/Close Contact: Naths (Nose Pins), Toe Rings, Earrings or any set that includes earrings, body piercing products, and hair accessories.

• Other Exempt Items: Gift cards, face masks, perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.

 

Size and Product Variation Policy

• Sizing: All product sizes are clearly mentioned in the product specifications. Please check the size carefully before ordering. Size-related issues will not be considered for returns, and no refund will be provided.

• Exchanges for Variations: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Minor colour or design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website are NOT eligible for an exchange.

 

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• To ensure all damage claims are handled with full transparency, you must record a full 360-degree unboxing video in clear lighting immediately upon receiving your package. This unboxing video is necessary proof for all damage cases.

 

Shipping Your Return

• Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We ask customers to bear a flat rate of Rs. 120 for return shipping, and this amount will be adjusted against your final refund. Shipping costs are otherwise non-refundable.

• Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Partial Refunds

• Any item returned more than 7 days after received (if accepted at our discretion).

• We also reserve the right to grant partial refunds for items like opened media or books with obvious signs of use, though these items are not typically sold by Nimra Jewels.

 

Sale Items

• Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, please take the following steps:

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (proven by the mandatory unboxing video). If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at info@nimrajewels.com and send your item to the return address provided above. We will only dispatch the exchange order if we have the exact same product in stock.

 

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit (gift certificate) for the value of your return once the item is received.

• If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
